The opportunity

Problem lists have become behemoths that no one is willing to tackle. Merge patient data from multiple sources on top and the EMR leaves clinicians with no practical way to manage them at all, so the list is abandoned, and it stops being clinically trustworthy.

EHRlens Problems applies Dynamic Regrouping to give clinicians a sensible way to address the list: you manage the problems that matter to you and your specialty, and avoid those that do not.
